Madeleine Bistro Unique Vegan CuisineKidlet and I go to this restaurant all the time. It’s amazing. Dave Anderson (former Executive Chef at Real Food Daily) is absolutely amazing. His food is artistic. It’s oMadeleine Bistro Unique Vegan Cuisinene of the few restaurants that has extremely “fancy” food that I really thought was worth the price. The flavor that this guy can create leaves me craving more for days. My usual dinner choice at Madeleine Bistro is the Chicken Fried Seitan, which is too good to believe. It tastes just the way that real fried chicken tastes…but…you know…good. It comes served over mashed potatoes and drenched in an amazing gravy. As an added bonus, you get a serving of sautéed vegetables on the side. The kale, carrots, and whole garlic cloves are delightfully mouthwatering.

I was feeling a little experimental, so this last Saturday I tried something different…..
